Do you service the area where I live?
We currently service parts of Delaware County and Chester County in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We also pick up organic waste from certain areas around Wilmington, Delaware. Generally, we provide composting services to the following cities and any locations between them:
- West Chester, Pennsylvania
- Media, Pennsylvania,
- Malvern, Pennsylvania
- Hockessin, Delaware
- Wilmington, Delaware

Maybe we’re biased, but check out our map for more details about compost service coverage area and to find out if we pick up organic waste from your area. If you’re not sure whether or not we pick up from your area, reach out via email and we’ll be happy to let you know.
Can I upgrade from a monthly to an annual subscription?
You sure can! To change your subscription, go to My Account, and click on Subscriptions.
Choose the subscription you’d like to modify and click View. Under Subscription Totals, choose Change Subscription Plan.
Chose the Annual plan to upgrade, add to your Cart, and proceed through the purchase process.
This will not result in purchasing a new subscription but will modify your existing subscription.

Do I receive finished compost as part of my subscription?
Yep! Each spring, we offer customers up to 40 pounds of finished compost delivered to your home as part of your subscription! During this period, we also offer additional compost for sale for those who want more than 40 pounds. Read more about our annual finished compost distribution event here.
Do you service businesses?
Most definitely. We pick up organic waste from small businesses, restaurants, schools, daycare centers, and other businesses around the area that need a little help directing their organic waste to the right place. We know every business is unique, so send us an email and we’ll schedule a time to chat about how we can best serve your organic waste collection needs.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
We’re always bummed to see customers go, but we understand there’s a time and a place for everything. If our service is no longer meeting your needs, reach out and let us know. Hopefully we can fix it for you. And if not, there are no commitments. You can sign up and cancel your subscription whenever you’d like.
